I wanted to say that I had a great experience almost 10 years ago at "Nashville Nissan", it was called "Hippodrome" when I bought my car there.  It was my first brand new car, a very nice Nissan Altima, I ended up driving that car many years, and putting many many miles on it, I never had any problems with it!! I wish I still had it.  Well, I no longer live anywhere near Nashville, Tn, but sure did get a smile when I saw the email you guys sent me!!

Ashley Joiner was our service advisor and I can't compliment her enough. She worked diligently to find the cause of the horrible smell in my car. Previously,I  had the car in 2 times before and it was not fixed until she became my new advisor. She is an excellent employer and so pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Might add the smell was due to the sun-roof drainage pipe being stopped up therefore causing water to accumulate under the floor mat on driver's side-causing mold!!! Janice West

We really appreciated their level of professionalism and service. The only thing that prevents me from taking the vehicle in for service in the future is how far we live from the Dealership as well as how far away i work from it. The staff is wonderful! Thomas Flugal
