I wanted to say that I had a great experience almost 10 years ago at "Nashville Nissan", it was called "Hippodrome" when I bought my car there. It was my first brand new car, a very nice Nissan Altima, I ended up driving that car many years, and putting many many miles on it, I never had any problems with it!! I wish I still had it. Well, I no longer live anywhere near Nashville, Tn, but sure did get a smile when I saw the email you guys sent me!!

Ashley Joiner was our service advisor and I can't
compliment her enough. She worked diligently to find the cause of the horrible
smell in my car. Previously,I had the car in 2 times before and it was not fixed
until she became my new advisor. She is an excellent employer and so pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Might add the smell was due to
the sun-roof drainage pipe being stopped up therefore causing water to
accumulate under the floor mat on driver's side-causing mold!!! Janice West

starter went out on the car and the service writer and technicians went above
